from our selection of hotels that meet your needs. |

2: |
You
complete the booking form |
|
|
You
will quickly receive an email with all details of your booking information.
We will then check the availability with your chosen hotel.
You will need to complete separate forms for different destinations or hotel
or more than one booking period. |
|

|
|
Step
3: |
We
confirm hotel availability within 24 hours |
|
|
This
will be an email that will give full costs, details of the booking and when
payment is due.
If the requested hotel is not available we will suggest alternative hotels
for your consideration. |
|
|
|
|
Step
4: |
Make
your payment |
|
|
All
bookings are on pre-paid basis, which means your booking will be confirmed
by our operator after payment made.
Payment can be completed using the fax
payment form or Telegraph Transfer (TT).
For any urgent booking, the payment by Cash
at arrival shall be allowed by Mittapheap's staff upon confirmation.
Once availability is confirmed our
cancellation
policy will apply. |

Step
5: |
We
send the hotel voucher |
|
|
Once
payment is completed by credit card, we will send you a hotel voucher (by
email), which can be presented to the hotel when you check-in. |
|
|
|
CHANGE
OR CANCEL BOOKING |
|
Change or Cancel booking can be
made by Telephone: 855-23 218585, Fax: 855-23 213331 and Email:
booking@tourismcambodia.com.
You are requested to send us your full name and confirmed code. |

|
CANCELLATION
AND REFUND POLICY |
|
|
No charge is made to your credit
card until your booking is confirmed, that is, when you have secured your
room reservation by completing our
Credit Card Authorization Form.
A valid credit card is required to
guarantee your reservation. We suggest to send your credit card details by
fax at 855-23 213331.
No show on the day of arrival will be
charged an amount equal to one night's room rate, applicable taxes and
service charge.
If
cancellation of your
confirmed booking make less than 20 days (for Apr-Sept) or 25 days
(for Oct-Mar) preceding your check-in, a cancellation fee equal to one-day's stay shall be
charged to your credit card plus bank fee 3% (if pay by credit card).
In case of any refund, the service charge made by bank
for refund process will be charged to guest's account.
