Main Duties:
Prepare administrative letters or forms to relevant institutions · Follow up letter in/out in the way of administrative procedures · Keep other documents, legal letters from other units, departments, organizations and institutions · Manage office stationery and company’s properties · Prepare and renew contracts of office rental, equipment and other machines · Control security affair, order, sanitation inside the company, and driving · Responsible for other tasks assigned by managers

Qualification:
· Graduate with a bachelor degree or a fourth-year student in semester 2 in Business Administration, Finance and Banking, Accounting, Economics or equivalent · Have knowledge of rural economy and micro-finance sector · Good attitude, be honest, serious, gentle, friendly and willing to work · Proficiency in English and computer Ms. Office · Candidates living in the requested working location or in the province nearby are prioritized
