Main Duties:
· Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency; · Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to keep grow of savings portfolio; · Be a superb communicator and motivator and understand how to juggle the twin goals of hitting growth targets and maintaining superb customer satisfaction that thrives on exceeding customer expectations and driving sales whilst managing costs effectively. · Be able to think on your feet, plan strategically, know how to get things done - and above all, be able to lead your team to even greater success. · Using information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning; · Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing; · Ensure that all branches’ savings and deposit balance portfolio must reach the budget. · Responsible for defining the Sales Strategy, approach and planning sales pursuits for the sale operation. · Responsible for a consistent growth in sales performance. · Responsible in handling corporate Entity & Retail sale by building a good relationship with them accordingly.

Qualification:
· Graduated a bachelor degree in Marketing, Management, Banking and Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. · Proficiency in English and computer Ms. Office. · 3-year retail sales experiences are preferable. · Must be extremely resourceful, organized, detail oriented and a critical thinker · Collaborative, and ability to interface with all levels of internal and external staff, customers, suppliers, etc · Be able to identify priorities and take appropriate action · Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. · Ability to work under pressure, highly self-motivated, and long-hours. · Advanced analytical, organization, and interpersonal skills. · Strong sense of urgency with high level of commitment and determination in delivering a great result. · Strong communication skills for negotiation & reconciliation. · Be available to travel in Rural Areas
