• Prepares written authorization verifies and ensures pay outs of large jackpots and fills are properly executed
• Ensures current slot machines processes comply with local Gaming regulatory requirements
• Generates revenue reports from the slot data systems and reviews for accuracy
• Maintains the slot machines (PEM, Galaxis, etc.) and arcade (Intercard, ARI, etc.) data systems
• Schedules staff and ensuring correct staffing levels and adjustments are made in accordance with guest needs
• Resolves customer complaints regarding problems such as payout errors
• Actively liaise with Sales & Marketing in developing and implementing advertisement and promotional activities in the slot hall

DUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

• University graduate

• WORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in slot machine management in Casino environment
  • Must have in depth knowledge of all slot transactions and the configuration and setup of gaming equipments
  • Be able to supervise and coordinate activities of slot department workers to ensure they are meeting expectations in regards to Company P&P Customer Service and Departmental Guideline
  • Ability to find resolution regarding the settlement of player complaints
  • Be able to verify and pay off jackpots
  • Be able to inform Director and Technician about damaged machines and expedite the service cycle
  • Be able to report hazards and enforce safety rules
