Cambodian Minister of Culture and Fine Arts H.E. Him Chhem together with Cambodian people offer foods and other offerings to Buddhist monks to mark the annual religious ceremony (Meak Bochea Day) held on the top hill of Preah Reachtroap in Ponhea Leu district, Kandal province on Feb. 25.
