Cambodia's tax department collected $761 million in revenue during the first quarter of the year, according to Kong Vibol, head of the General Department of Taxation, a number almost identical to last year’s first-quarter total of $760 million.
The tax department has undertaken a series of reforms to increase revenue in recent years, including conducting a series of audits for businesses in the country.
