The Funding Partners (TFP), a global agritech firm that specialises in products from Southeast Asia, announced yesterday that it will move its regional headquarters to Phnom Penh City Center (PPCC) as soon as the new development is ready to welcome tenants.

The decision was based on strategic factors such as Cambodia’s geographic proximity to TFP’s business units and its thriving economy, as well as the expectation that office space in PPCC will appreciate markedly once the project is finished, the company said in a statement yesterday.

“The Funding Partners has recently announced their intention to acquire an additional significant amount of office space from PPCC over the coming months as they diversify their investments into Cambodian real estate assets,” the company said.

PPCC is a 111.6-hectare, mixed-use project located in the centre of the city and poised to become the capital’s first and only Central Business District. According to their website, it will feature world-class facilities purpose-built for both local and overseas businesses and investors.

“TFP is focused on extracting value in all areas that the firm is involved in. We have been monitoring the Cambodian real estate market for a while now and we are confident in achieving tremendous value for our office space acquisitions within a very short time,” Jim Edwards, CEO of TFP, said.
