Competition around cheap fares with Tigerair

SINGAPORE – Starting Monday through Wednesday, Tigerair will debut its No Hidden Charge All-in 2-Way Fare promotion to 33 exciting destinations. Available at two very attractive fares of S$120 and S$250, this promotion gives customers the opportunity to explore 33 destinations including Bangkok, Bali, Boracay, Chiang Mai, Guangzhou, Ho Chi Minh, Hong Kong, Jakarta, Macau, Phuket, Perth, and Yangon amongst others.

Launched in conjunction with Tigerair’s “Travel Less Ordinary” Facebook contest, any flight booking made for a destination offered under the No Hidden Charge All-in 2-Way Fare promotion will also enable customers to participate in the contest by simply keying in their
PNR booking reference number via the Tigerair’s Travel Less Ordinary Facebook competition App. Once completed, customers stand a chance to win a 4D3N all-expenses
paid holiday for two on Tigerair’s inaugural flights to its new destinations.

Alternatively, Tigerair’s facebook fans can also participate in the contest, with no purchase necessary, by creating for themselves that perfect holiday itinerary to the provided contest destination via the App, which they would love to see come true for themselves.

Either way, contestants will be placed in a virtual queue in the competition for a chance to win, and will move up the queue based on the number of likes and re-tweets they receive on their Travel Less Ordinary itinerary, or posts relating to their flight booking.

Over the last two weeks, more than 1,200 contestants have taken part in Tigerair’s Travel Less Ordinary contest, and Tigerair has also given away 60 return tickets to lucky winners for its inaugural flights to Chiang Mai on 2 November 2013, and Langkawi on 8 November 2013. In the upcoming two weeks, another two contestants will win a 4D3N all-expenses paid holidays, while 58 other return tickets on Tigerair’s inaugural flights to Surabaya on 15
November 2013, and Lombok on 22 November 2013 will be up for grabs.
