Jetstar Asia launches ‘first-of-its-kind’ boarding pass design contest for children

SINGAPORE - Jetstar Asia is welcoming the Year of the Horse by giving children in Singapore the unique chance to design the airline’s limited edition boarding pass.

In a nationwide search to find Singapore’s brightest young creative talent, Jetstar is engaging the city-state’s next generation to take part in a memorable activity as part of the airline’s Lunar New Year celebrations.

The competition is split into three age categories - children under six years old, between ages seven and 11, as well as between ages 12 and 15. The best design from each category will win a Jetstar travel voucher worth S$288.

The grand prize winner will walk away with a Jetstar travel voucher worth an auspicious S$888, and have the design printed on the back of the Lunar New Year 2014 commemorative Jetstar boarding pass.

This limited edition Jetstar boarding pass will be issued to passengers departing Singapore Changi Airport between Friday 31 January and Friday 14 February 2014.

Entries will be judged on how they creatively bring to life the spirit of Lunar New Year in Singapore. All designs must also incorporate Jetstar’s brand colour orange.

Entry forms can be downloaded at jetstar.com/sg/en/arttakesflight and submitted through the post or at the drop-off point as indicated in the form. All entries must reach Jetstar Asia by Friday 3 January 2014.
