Jet Airways launches state-of-the-art all new self check-in service for guests on web and mobile devices

MUMBAI - Jet Airways, India's premier international airline, announced the launch of its all new self check-in service on mobile devices. With a host of new and enhanced features such as unique system recognizing check-in members, interactive seat map, convenient check-in for code-share and interline flights, guests can now avail of these conveniences by seamlessly checking-in on www.jetairways.com, www.jetkonnect.com. Alternately guests may use the Jet Airways Mobile App on Android, iOS, Windows Phone and BlackBerry 10.

The new check-in system operates on a unique platform that intelligently identifies a Jet Airways or JetKonnect booking reference (PNR) issued by the airline itself or a travel agent. In addition, the system has been enhanced to check-in guests travelling with a child or infant as well as groups booked on a single PNR. It also provides guests the convenience to check-in for code-share and interline flights. Moreover guests will have the option to update their frequent flyer number, as also meal preference applicable only on full service flights. Similarly, the service offers interactive seat map with an additional feature which displays emergency exit seats, companion seats and non-reclining seats during the check-in process.

Upon successful check-in, guests will receive their e-Boarding Pass (Web and Mobile Boarding Pass) via email. Guests have option to print or email their e-Boarding Pass and change existing checked-in seat, if necessary.
