Tigerair Australia launches Express Fare - value & convenience combined

As Australia gets ready for the summer holidays, Tigerair Australia has made booking travel with the airline even more convenient than ever thanks to the launch of the new Tigerair Express Fare package.

The new customer focused offering, which is now live on Tigerair’s website, allows passengers to purchase the popular combination of an airfare, choice of an upfront or standard seat on the aircraft and queue jump priority boarding all at the same time with around a 10% discount on what they would otherwise pay for these items separately.

Tigerair is all about providing customers with value and choice, says Tigerair’s Commercial Director Adam Rowe.

“We provide consistently great value fares for travel between twelve fantastic destinations and allow our passengers to decide what optional extras they wish to pay for. If you don’t want checked luggage there’s no reason you should have to pay for it."

“The Express Fare combination of these popular products is based on customer feedback and today’s launch is aimed at further enhancing the airline’s service whilst giving customers more of that they want for less."

In recent months the airline has launched a number of enhanced new services including a new look website, mobile app, new Tiger Bites on board menu including the new Junior Captains Club, Queue Jump, self-serve kiosks with automatic baggage drop facilities in Melbourne and Brisbane, web check and extended use of personal electronic devices inflight.
