BEIJING - On November 26, Air China began to provide free chauffeured transfers between downtown and airport terminal to qualifying PhoenixMiles members and First Class/Business Class passengers in three more domestic cities: Chongqing, Hangzhou and Nanjing. So far, the service is available in 9 Chinese cities, with the other six being Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Chengdu, Guangzhou and Shenzhen. Other passengers can also pay for the service with the combination of accrued Air China kilometers and cash.

Air China's VIP chauffeured transfer service is also applicable to many of the carrier's international routes to Europe, America, Australia and Asia.

It's been years since this exclusive service for Air China's VIP passengers has been introduced. It's intended to enhance passengers' experience, promote the brand and further improve the carrier's overall offerings. According to a source from Air China, in the future the carrier will introduce the high-end service on more domestic routes and add more extras to create good and unique seamless experiences for passengers.

Air China has been working hard towards its strategic goal: become one of the world's finest carriers, keep on developing our growth potentials, create pleasant and unique customer experiences and create value for stakeholders. It attaches great importance to details and quality in its development of high-end services. As the first domestic carrier to offer chauffeured transfers, Air China has also introduced dedicated airport VIP lounge, star hotel for transit passengers, online self-service meal reservation and 72-hour free parking for passengers who choose to drive to the airport, making VIP passengers feel truly privileged with a full range of quality services. In addition, to make high-end services available to more PhoenixMiles members, Air China allows them to pay for chauffeured transfer and 5-star hotel stay with the combination of "kilometers and cash," giving loyal customers an additional way to spend their accrued kilometers.
