BANGKOK  Scoot will increase services to 10 flights a week on the popular Singapore-Bangkok route starting 8 July.
The airline will add three flights on top of its daily frequency between Singapore’s Changi Airport and Bangkok’s Don Mueang Airport. The additional flights will operate on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, using a Boeing 787 Dreamliner.
Scoot CEO, Campbell Wilson, said in a media briefing that the additional services to Don Mueang increased the options for passengers.
“It will add a more convenient departure time from Singapore meaning passengers will arrive in Bangkok just in time for lunch,” he said, adding that In May the airline will introduce 787 Dreamliner aircraft for all services to Thailand.
Scoot’s 787 offers inflight Wi-Fi Internet to allow passengers to stay online while they fly. Also with in-seat power available, passengers’ portable devices will have a full charge when they arrive at their destination. Wi-Fi during the flight has a price tag.
