Can Tho charters to Bangkok

CAN THO Can Tho City authorities will support Vietravel’s plan to partner with Thai VietJet to open an air link between the Mekong Delta city and Bangkok in Thailand.
Can Tho vice chairman, Dao Anh Dung, told the Saigon Daily that at a review meeting on the Can Tho-Dalat route he agreed with Vietravel’s proposal to launch a Can Tho-Bangkok service in mid-July.
He said Vietravel would work with Thai VietJet and the Consulate General of Thailand in Ho Chi Minh City to pursue a plan to start charters.

Can Tho attracted more than 2.47 million visitors in the first five months of this year, up 75% compared to the same period last year. The total number included 237,740 foreigners, the report said.
