The upcoming service will use a Boeing 737-800s with 189 seats.

inside no 2Thai Lion currently operates a fleet of 13 215-seat 737-900s on eight domestic routes from Bangkok: Chiang Mai; Chiang Rai; Hat Yai; Phuket; Surat Thani; Krabi; Udon Thani and Ubon Ratchathani. It also serves one international route to Singapore.
Located 780 km south of Bangkok on the west side of the Gulf of Thailand, Nakhon Si Thammarat province is the second largest in South Thailand.
The province is an ancient city that still contains buildings and ruins of historical significance dating back to the fall of Ayutthaya in 1767. It also has historical links with British, Portuguese, and Dutch merchants who set up trading posts here.
It is convenient stopover on overland tours that take visitors south past Gulf of Thailand towns and eventually across the border with Malaysia and down the east side of the Malay peninsula to Singapore. inside-no-2.1
