Air Pacific officially re-branded to Fiji Airways

 Air Pacific has officially re-branded to Fiji Airways, with new elements being rolled out internationally.

Fiji’s national airline will celebrate the changeover event by launching Fiji Airways’ new crew uniforms, branded ticket offices, check-in counters, airport lounge facilities and new website.

Fiji Airways will use Sydney to host the Australian travel industry for the reveal of new cabin crew uniform with Fiji’s international model Phillipa Steele, Fijian dancers and ceremonies, a performance from Fijian pop-star Paulini, food and drinks and celebrity guests.

The airline will also offer new in-flight experiences, with new A330 aircrafts and rebranded 737s.

“The 27th of June marks both the end of Air Pacific and the beginning of Fiji Airways,” Fiji Airways acting chief executive Aubrey Swift said.

“The changeover represents an exciting future for the airline that is rooted in our more than 60-year history and service to the people of Fiji as the nation’s flying ambassador.”
