Mandarin Oriental, Macau offers amazing views of the International Fireworks Display Contest

HONG KONG – Whilst offering the best location to catch the extravagant fireworks in full view during the 25th Macau International Fireworks Display Contest, Mandarin Oriental, Macau brings back its most spectacular Macau International Fireworks Celebration package with new culinary delights.

Macau International Fireworks Celebration package is available on 14, 19, 21, 28 September and 1 October 2013 and includes:

- One night’s accommodation in a luxurious guestroom or suite with stunning views of the fireworks display through its floor-to-ceiling windows

- A six-course fireworks degustation dinner with a glass of Moet & Chandon Champagne at the signature Vida Rica Restaurant for two

- Buffet breakfast at Vida Rica Restaurant for two

Package rates are subject to 10% service charge and 5% government tax. A seven-day advance reservation is required whilst the offer is subject to availability. 

Meanwhile, a six-course fireworks degustation menu meticulously created by Dominique Bugnand, Director of Culinary Operations and Food & Beverage, is available at the stylish Vida Rica Restaurant from 1 September to 1 October 2013.  Highlighted dishes include caramelised apple consomme, foie gras cream brulee and chocolate spark, steamed Brittany blue lobster with air-dried Yunnan ham, Shaoxin wine caviar and gold leaves, roasted duck breast with orange and sage risotto, and Chef’s special Peach Melba.
