KUALA LUMPUR – The Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre went beyond traditional marketing approaches when it came to building and strengthening ties with 17 members from China’s business tourism and media sectors on home ground by showcasing her expertise in catering to Chinese taste buds.

The Centre ‘wowed’ the delegation with a spectacular Culinaria luncheon menu of avant-garde Chinese cuisine that demonstrated the creativity of her full-fledged Chinese kitchen and reflected Malaysia’s multi-cultural heritage.

Transforming a meeting room into a contemporary Chinese restaurant, complete with service staff decked out in traditional Chinese outfits, guests sat down to mouth-watering, tantalising dishes such as smoked marron lobster with a steamed egg drizzle and lobster oil, steamed wild river marble goby fish with fragrant black bean sauce, abalone carpaccio wok-fried egg noodles with a truffle infused sauce, among others, and which left them craving for more!

Culinaria defines the Centre’s food & beverage (F&B) service and differentiates it from the competition. Embodying Malaysia’s creative cross-cultural cuisine, Culinaria promises an enriching, multicultural and value-added F&B experience when dining at the Centre whilst demonstrating the culinary team’s flexibility to create enticing dishes that meet a range of taste and dietary needs.

The delegation was later introduced to the Centre’s world-class facilities and services, and innovative product offerings before concluding their familiarisation visit with a group photo taken against the breath-taking iconic PETRONAS Twin Towers.
