Khanh Hoa to establish hotline deal with tourists' comments

KHANH HOA - Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee has recently delivered Instruction on intensifying the management of tourism environment to keep safety and security for tourists.

Accordingly, the provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has entrusted to combine with the Police to direct tourist businesses to carry out measures to protect tourists; with the provincial Department of Industry and Trade to inspect and punish violations on prices, products’ quality and food safety; and with the provincial Department of Transport to control transporting tourists by car and issue license for tourist transporting cars according to regulations of the Ministry of Transport.

Especially, a project to improve communication skills with foreigners for sellers, taxi drivers and pedicab riders, and support training foreign languages for the State management staff and employees working in tourism will be set up.

The provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism undertakes to consult the provincial People’s Committee to establish a tourist supporting center, a hotline to receive and deal with comments from tourists.
