Restaurant Week is back, presented to you by DiningCity and Citibank credit card

BEIJING, SHANGHAI and GUANGZHOU - Upon three successful China Restaurant Week editions where the major cities of Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou held their Restaurant Weeks simultaneously, the brand new fourth edition is yet again right on food loving China's doorstep. In more than 200 top restaurants across China's major dining cities, the Fourth Official China Restaurant Week will be held from 28 February to 9 March 2014, presented by DiningCity and Citibank Credit Card.

Citibank, the first global bank to issue a proprietary credit card in China, is always keen on building a better quality of life and rich experiences for its members. Citibank has partnered with DiningCity.com China for the second consecutive year. For this edition, Citibank card members can not only enjoy the exclusive three-day priority booking privilege but also get the chance to win lucky draw prizes by paying with Citibank credit cards at participating restaurants during Restaurant week.

"After three successful editions of China Restaurant Week, DiningCity will try again to impress the local food loving community for the next edition, with more restaurants and more seats available than ever before. Because of its enormous popularity, the one-week dining feast will now extend to 10 days. We have improved our online booking's website, upgraded to a better booking system, and a have much better presentation of the menus," says Mr Onno Schreurs, DiningCity's Managing Director. "We have seen that restaurants like to present their menus online so we give them more tools to do so. We are also adding more people to our mystery guest team to decide the winners of one of the exclusive DiningCity awards. The winners are decided by a combination of guest reviews and the collected feedback of our mystery guests' team."

The high end restaurants will continue to present diners with tasting menus of at least three courses for both dinner and lunch at an affordable price. During the 10-day event, each participant will present an exclusive Restaurant Week menu for lunch, dinner, or both, for a fixed price starting from RMB 78 for lunch and RMB 168 for dinner (Shanghai/Beijing) or starting from RMB 58 for lunch and RMB 148 for dinner (Guangzhou).

Reservations will be only available online via the official booking's website, restaurantweek.cn, starting from 18 February, 11 A.M., 2014. Citibank credit card members can enjoy exclusive priority online booking from 11 A.M. on 14 February, 2014.

During the event, Restaurant Week guests who leave reviews sharing their dining experiences on DiningCity.cn will get a chance to win dining vouchers from top restaurants.

Some of the returning restaurants include Shanghai Restaurant Week last edition's winner M1NT, but also Camelia, Waldorf Astoria, Light & Salt and many more; Beijing Restaurant Week last edition's winner Whampoa, but also Brasserie Flo, The Peninsula, Provincia and many more. Guangzhou Restaurant Week last edition's winner Prime Steakhouse, but also Bene at Sheraton Guangzhou, 9 GARDEN, Buongiorno and many more - foodies in China are offered a formidable variety of cuisines to choose from.
