DoubleTree opens in Jakarta

Indonesia – Hilton Worldwide celebrated the grand opening its first DoubleTree by Hilton branded hotel in Indonesia’s capital city.
“We are delighted to mark the official opening of our first DoubleTree by Hilton hotel in Indonesia here in the metropolitan city of Jakarta,” said Hilton Worldwide vice president, operations, Southeast Asia, William Costley.
“DoubleTree by Hilton is currently our fastest growing full service brand, with a portfolio of over 370 upscale hotels in gateway cities, metropolitan areas and destinations across six continents, which is a perfect fit for this equally fast-paced and vibrant city.”
Over 350 VIPs and guests attended the opening party of the contemporary-style hotel located in the heart of Jakarta.
Hilton Worldwide has also announced a global partnership with national carrier, Garuda Indonesia. The new partnership will benefit members of both GarudaMiles and Hilton HHonors to earn HHonors Points and GarudaMiles miles when they stay at any of the more than 4,100 hotels within the Hilton Worldwide Portfolio.
