SpiceRoads Cycle Tours launched a new agents booking portal, Friday that will make it easier for agents making bicycle holiday bookings for clients.
Offering instant confirmations while online, the new booking portal will allow agents to access the SpiceRoads system in real-time to view all available tour dates and the number of passengers on a tour.
Agents can reserve spaces for clients; change the booking status from on-hold, confirmed or cancelled; and of course make new bookings without any delays for email confirmations.
This user-friendly system approves instantly bookings 24-hours a day, therefore avoiding delays to secure confirmations outside of office hours or during public holidays.
SpiceRoads CEO, Struan Robertson said: “We understand how busy agents are, and the difficulty they face working across different time zones, therefore we are striving to make their booking experience as quick and as pain-free as possible.
