Higher ranking for Dorsett Hospitality International in Hotels' 325 Special Report 2014 by Hotels Magazine

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia - In the annual online survey carried out by the Hotels Magazine, Dorsett Hospitality International has climbed up the ladder from a ranking of 228th in 2012 to 148th in 2013 amongst 300 of the top global hotel players. The improvement was brought about by the opening of four new hotels under the group, mainly Dorsett Tsuen Wan in Hong Kong; Silka Cheras Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; Lushan Resort in Jiangxi, China and its first hotel in the United Kingdom, Dorsett Shepherds Bush London.

An Asia-based hotel group, Dorsett Hospitality International is headquartered in Hong Kong; it owns and manages 30 hotels in its portfolio, including eight more hotels scheduled to be opened in key Asian cities and the United Kingdom. By 2016, the group will have a total inventory of 8,500 rooms.
