Brady Hotels, Melbourne’s most exciting new CBD accommodation, officially opened to guests this week. The hotel will experience strong occupancy in October – with steady bookings for the remainder of 2014 and beyond.

The popularity of four-star Brady Hotels Central Melbourne is testament to its striking interiors, unrivalled location and commitment to offering guests the best of everything.

Brady has also launched its new bar and restaurant called Little Charley, inspired by Charles La Trobe, the first lieutenant-governor of Victoria and namesake of La Trobe Street.

Guests can enjoy a cocktail or coffee in Little Charley’s bar area, a hot breakfast upstairs in the restaurant before setting out for the day, as well as dinner at the hotel. Room service is also available, and those booking meetings or conferences can access on-site catering.

Brady Hotels Central Melbourne is positioned at 30 Little Latrobe Street, close to RMIT and shopping meccas like Melbourne Central and Emporium Melbourne. Brady guests are within walking distance (or a quick tram or train ride) to a range of cultural, business, sport and entertainment destinations in Australia’s most liveable city.

“The feedback so far has been really great,” William Lee, General Manager of Brady Hotels, said. “Our commitment to installing the best of the best has been keenly noted by guests. People have been complimenting me about the comfort of our high-end Sealy Posturepedic beds … even how good our hair dryers are."

“We worked with one of Melbourne’s most prestigious interior design firms, SJB Interiors, to design Brady Hotels, and guests have been feeling really at home thanks to our use of natural stone, blonde timbers, linen curtains and lovely, textured carpets. They’re particularly impressed with the copper fixtures installed in our bathrooms – they’ve even asked us if they can purchase their own! We’ve seen a lot of passion for our new hotel and it has been very gratifying,” he said.

Brady Hotels is a 16-floor property with 146 rooms. There are four executive, two-bedroom apartments on level 15, and two, two-bedroom penthouse apartments on level 16.

Lower floors offer 84 standard and executive rooms, as well as 56 studios. All rooms have balconies, executive rooms offer a separate study area and studio rooms include a kitchenette.

Guests who stay in Brady’s two-bedroom apartments on levels 15 and 16 enjoy stunning views over Melbourne. These apartments have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dining and living area, full kitchen facilities and generous balconies.

Brady Hotels offers climate control air conditioning and flexible bedding configurations. Wireless broadband Internet, Foxtel and in-room Smart TV will ensure that all guests are fully connected during their stay.

Guests can utilise the gym, which boasts two treadmills, one bike and one stepper. Each is state of the art and boasts its own television screen linked to Foxtel (and earplugs for added privacy).

Business travellers will also have access to the Brady Hotels business centre. Two fully equipped conference venues can be combined into a larger venue accommodating up to 80 people if required.

The conference rooms can be configured as u-shape, theatre or board-room, and offer large, 60-inch LED display, teleconferencing, video conferencing, as well as wireless broadband internet access.

“We encourage anyone thinking of staying in Melbourne’s CBD to come and experience Brady Hotels Central Melbourne. We think they will be impressed.” Brady Hotels can be booked on the GDS.
