The opulent pillar-less Grand Ballroom with its 960 square metre space and 7.3 metre high ceiling can accommodate up to 68 tables, including space for the Bridal stage, whilst the spectacular and elegant interiors provides an unrivalled setting for a stunning wedding.

The Mandarin Ballroom houses a 4 metre high ceiling, amidst 500 square metres of space that can accommodate up to 32 tables including space for the Bridal Stage. This graceful venue is both intimate and unique with its arched decorative ceiling.

The spacious pre-function areas, with beautiful marble inlaid floors and crystal chandeliers can accommodate up to 350 guests for the arrival celebrations.

The wedding menu is designed by Mandarin Oriental, Taipei’s Executive Chinese Banquet Chef, Lee Cheok Kwang. Originally from Singapore, Chef Lee has over 23 years of professional cooking and kitchen management experience. Before joining the talented culinary team at Mandarin Oriental, Taipei, Chef Lee had a distinguished career at various 5 star hotels including Mandarin Oriental, Singapore. Chef Lee has profound experience, knowledge and passion for his specialisation in Chinese cuisine.

Chef Lee has created a customised menu concept based on the couple’s selection, making this a distinguished choice for the special day.
