Cachet Hotel Group expands URBN Brand with signing of new hotel in Yunnan Province, China

KUNMING, China - Cachet Hotel Group (CHG), announced that its URBN brand plans to debut in Kunming in 2016. Owned by Realtop Real Estate, URBN WINART will cater to the next generation of travellers with initiatives in art, creative and fashion.

Located on highly coveted prime Shu Lin Street, URBN WINART is part of a mixed-use complex called WINART which includes art studios, galleries, SOHO office, creative spaces, coffee shops, nightlife, and restaurants. The WINART complex is adjacent to Kunming's landmark attractions, Jinma Biji Fang, East Temple Tower and West Temple Tower, major shopping malls, railway station and international diplomatic communities of Yunnan.
