The Travel Industry Exhibition takes off with big names on board

Exclusive travel industry event, The Travel Industry Exhibition, has already proven to be the must-attend travel event for 2015, with several renowned exhibitors on board and many enquiries received for the show, scheduled for 16-17 July at the Sydney Exhibition Centre @ Glebe Island.

Now in its second year, The Travel Industry Exhibition is run by experienced industry event coordinators, Exhibition and Trade Fairs (ETF) and is exclusively for members of the travel market, with no general public permitted to attend.

To ensure the most relevant mix of travel industry professionals attend, ETF has implemented a strict visitor registration process for the trade-only show, which includes verifying each attendee’s job title to determine if they fit the criteria.

ETF has also assigned a dedicated visitor engagement officer to this event, to ensure it is mutually beneficial for both exhibitors and visitors from the travel industry.

The Travel Industry Exhibition is Australia’s only business-to-business travel trade show representing the entire industry, from travel agents and organisations, to suppliers of air products, destinations, accommodation, cruises, tours, packages, technology and more. A valuable source of information, the exhibition will form an important tool for travel industry stakeholders to network and develop new relationships, in addition to enhancing existing partnerships with all members of the market.

Having all aspects of the travel industry under the one roof will provide visitors an opportune time to learn about new products and services, and gather fresh ideas from all of their potential suppliers over the two-day event, while exhibitors will benefit from displaying new innovations, products and services to a captive audience.

“The Travel Industry Exhibition will provide the perfect chance for our exhibitors to connect with travel professionals from all areas within the industry. As a trade-only show, this exhibition gives industry providers an avenue to gather new leads, showcase their products and services directly to potential customers, and possibly expand into new markets,” Event Director, Pascal Ibrahim said.

“A seminar program and networking events will form part of the exhibition and will benefit our visitors by providing information for career development and an opportunity to garner new connections."

“As a key travel industry event, we are expecting record crowds at the 2015 exhibition, with over half of those attendees being decision makers and agency owners as per the last show.”

All exhibitors will also receive the opportunity to take part in a VIP Buyer Program as part of their package, which allows them to arrange pre-scheduled appointments with key travel industry buyers during the two day exhibition. The VIP Buyer Program ensures each exhibitor’s products are exposed to professionals from both small and large travel agencies, as well as corporate travel planners, with real purchasing power.

“The VIP Buyer Program in conjunction with The Travel Industry Exhibition will be the perfect environment for our exhibitors to really explore new business opportunities with visitors, as well as build on existing relationships,” he added.
