HONG KONG - Phuket’s new futuristic luxury resort Kata Rocks has launched a ‘2015 New Year Workout Plan’ toning bodies at one of the most cutting-edge fitness facilities in Thailand.

Professional personal trainers, high-tech exercise machines, boot camps and Muay Thai boxing along with a nutritional meal programme are part of challenging 3, 5 and 7 day regimes promising “beach bodies”.

Additional workouts are also encouraged at Kata Rocks’ hi-tech gym – featuring touch-screen, internet-based application LFConnect to navigate through PowerPlate resistance exercise stations and LifeFitness elliptical cross trainers, stationary bikes and running treadmills.
