Genting Hong Kong and Landing International jointly hold grand opening ceremony of Genting Jeju Casino

JEJU/HONG KONG - Genting Hong Kong Limited and Landing International Development Limited held a ceremony in Jeju, Korea to mark the opening of their joint-venture Genting Jeju Casino. Tan Sri Lim Kok Thay, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Genting Hong Kong and Mr. Yang Zhihui, Chairman of Landing International were in attendance witnessing the historic launch of a world-class casino in the city.

Located in the 5-star Hyatt Regency Jeju Hotel, Genting Jeju Casino is owned by a joint venture in which Landing International and Genting HK each holds 50% equity interest, and is pursuant to one of the eight gaming licenses in Jeju under the Tourism Promotion Act.

Genting Jeju Casino offers a new experience with world-class gaming facilities that include 29 gaming tables and 16 slot machines, operated under the Genting Trademarks. Genting HK is a leading global leisure, entertainment and hospitality enterprise. Leveraging its international expertise in world-class resort operation, the newly opened Genting Jeju Casino will mark a key milestone in the local tourism industry.
