Winning Edge partners with Safehotels

BANGKOK Winning Edge, one of Asia’s first hospitality and tourism consultancies, announces the signing of an agreement with Safehotels Alliance, a hotel security standards and certification company.
Safehotels Alliance AB originator of The Global Hotel Security Safety Standard, provides verified security and safety certification, training and consultancy for hotels and meeting venues.
Areas covered: Hotel facilities and safety services; process, procedures, training and management; security and fire procedures, training and equipment; risk prevention and crisis and recovery management.
Safehotels Alliance AB CEO, Hans Kanold said: “On being awarded Safehotels Alliance’s certification standards, it shows a hotel focuses on key elements of guest safety, personal property and the right response if there is an incident or any kind of emergency during a stay.”

The partnership with Safehotels Alliance, the founders of the Global Hotel Security Standard will strengthen Winning Edge’s full service and consulting proposition and provides owners and operators with an independent, professional, third-party evaluation that certifies the property under the Global Hotel Security Standards by Safehotels Alliance AB.
Carlson Rezidor, with a portfolio of more than 1,350 hotels and a global footprint covering over 105 countries and territories, signed an agreement with Safehotels Alliance recently.
