Just couple days ago a huge hotels company Hyatt announced that it is launching a new campaign offering its guests free WiFi access in all hotels worldwide. Such access will be provided for everyone, whether you are a member or not, whether you booked a hotels through Hyatt reservation system or not.

But what is the quality of WiFi in Hyatt-branded hotels? Rotten WiFi users travelling all over the world are testing and evaluating network connection in various places. Hotels are not an exception. The collected data revealed Top 10 Hyatt Hotels with best WiFi.

Six hotels out of ten are located in the USA territory. Apart from that Hyatt hotel in India, Australia, Philippines and Mexico also fall into the list. The avg. download speed of all the measured Hyatt hotels is 4.8 Mbps, avg. upload – 3.84 Mbps.

The fastest network was recorded in the USA, Hyatt Regency Santa Clara, CA, where avg. download speed was 27.80 Mbps and avg. upload reached 12.81 Mbps. Clients’ satisfaction rate was 7 points out of 10, based on Net Promoter Score Method. Grand Hyatt San Francisco CA, USA received the highest clients’ evaluation 10/10 though its download speed was 3 times slower – once again it confirms that users have different WiFi needs.

The lowest position in the list goes to Hyatt Place Orlando Airport-Northwest, FL, USA with avg. download speed of 1.36 Mbps and avg. upload of 1.22 Mbps.
