Vietjet ranks top work place

SINGAPORE  Vietjet ranked first in a recent tourism and hospitality survey that recognised the best places to work in Vietnam during 2014.
Conducted annually by Anphabe, a career networking platform and Nielsen, a market research firm, the survey was carried out from October 2014 to January 2015 tapping the opinions of 15,000 respondents from across 24 industries in Vietnam.
The survey judged the top companies on salary, bonuses and beneficiaries, development opportunities, leadership, culture and values, job quality and life and the company’s reputation.
During its three years of operation, Vietjet has expanded its fleet to 21 A320 aircraft, operating 150 flights daily.
inside no 10With 28 domestic and international routes, the airline flies to every major tourist destination and economic centre in Vietnam as well as other destinations in Asia including Singapore, Bangkok, Seoul, Busan, Taipei and Siem Reap.
The airline will continue to add more international routes and expand its fleet through 2015.
Vietjet currently employs 1,500 staff and this is set to grow to 2,000 by the end of the year to help facilitate growth.
