First Indigo celebrates opening in Bangkok

SINGAPORE Hotel Indigo Bangkok Wireless Road celebrated its official opening and the introduction of the first Indigo branded hotel in Southeast Asia, earlier this week.
The 192-room is located close to the city’s Lumpini Park on Wireless Road.
Guests can book rooms now at the Hotel Indigo website, with a special opening rate of THB3,700 inclusive of breakfast, until June 30 . The rate comes with free Wi-Fi.
inside no 9The Hotel Indigo brand is described as boutique, although the Bangkok property has 192 rooms, which is considerably larger than what guests in Asia usually associate with a boutique property.
Each Hotel Indigo property is designed to reflect local culture, character and blend with the geography of the surrounding area. No two hotels are the same. There are 62 Indigo hotels open worldwide and another 62 hotels in the pipeline. The brand should double in size to over 120 properties within the next three to five years.
