Hotel will have a training role

VIENTIANE The Lao PDR government has recently signed off on a Lao World Company and Champassak Grand Hotel proposal to construct a five-star hotel near Pakpasack Technical College in Vientiane .
The project will have a dual role of serving tourists and offering on-site hotel training for students.
The joint venture partners Lao World Company, Champassak Grand Hotel, and the Lao National Institute of Tourism and Hospitality signed the joint venture contract recently in Vientiane.
Lao News Agency reported the five-star hotel will cost USD25 million and will have 250 rooms in a 12-floor building.
inside no 3Ministry of Education and Sports’ Vocational Education Department director, Nouphan Sauksa, was quoted as saying: “The project will help students gain practical training under the auspices of the Lao National Institute of Tourism and Hospitality.”
Campassak Grand Hotel is a four-star property with convention facilities located in Pakse in south Laos.
