Holiday Inn refreshes Singapore hotel

SINGAPORE  Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium has officially been re-launched after completing an extensive multi-million dollar refurbishment.
This is the first major facelift to the 512-room hotel, which was rebranded in 2005 as the second Holiday Inn in Singapore. It is also the most extensive project of its kind in the building’s 30-year history.
“We are really excited to officially unveil the newly transformed Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium in the same year as we celebrate the hotel’s 10th anniversary and the SG50 milestone,” said, the hotel’s newly-appointed general manager, Tuncay Bockin.
“The refurbishment is timely in supporting Singapore’s Tourism 2015 roadmap with 17 million* visitor arrivals expected this year.”
inside no 6Designed by Eco-id Architects, the first of two phases of the renovation unveiled a brand new look in the hotel lobby and guest rooms.
In the second phase of refurbishment, the hotel’s main Atrium Ballroom and 12 other distinctive meeting and conference rooms have also been upgraded and fitted with advanced equipment and facilities to cater for any event from cocktail receptions to conferences and weddings.
The latest addition to the hotel’s dining scene is Atrium Bar 317, an innovative bar concept overlooking the hotel’s famous lobby atrium.
Families can enjoy Holiday Inn’s signature Kids Eat & Stay Free® programme when staying at Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium. Kids 12 years and under can eat for free at any of the hotel’s restaurants when dining with a paying adult and stay for free when sharing their parents’ room.
