Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium re-launches after an extensive 9-month refurbishment

SINGAPORE - Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium has announced its official re-launch after completing an extensive multi-million dollar refurbishment to revamp its lobby, guest rooms, dining concepts and meetings facilities. This is the first major facelift to the 512-room hotel which was rebranded in 2005 as the second Holiday Inn in Singapore. It is also the most extensive project of its kind in the building’s 30-year history.

Designed by Eco-id Architects, the first of two phases of the renovation unveiled a brand new look in the hotel lobby and guest rooms. The modern interiors creatively incorporate design elements inspired by the iconic Singapore River and the colourful rows of shophouses along its historic riverbanks.

Located in the heart of Singapore, Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium remains one of the city’s top destinations for business travellers. In the second phase of refurbishment, the hotel’s main Atrium Ballroom and 12 other distinctive meeting and conference rooms have also been upgraded and fitted with advanced equipment and facilities to cater for any event from cocktail receptions to conferences and weddings.

The hotel’s new all-day dining venue, Atrium Restaurant, has also been remodelled to complement the shop house charm with a bright and cheery interior along with new international buffet and à la carte menus created by Executive Chef Chua Yew Hock.

The latest addition to the hotel’s dining scene is Atrium Bar 317, an innovative evolving bar concept overlooking the hotel’s famous lobby atrium. Guests can expect a different experience visiting the lounge bar throughout the day – coffee and a selection of pastries in the morning, deli-style sandwiches and refreshing beverages during lunch and an extensive cocktail, wine and bar bites menu together with live music in the evenings.

For guests seeking authentic Cantonese cuisine, the award-winning Xin Cuisine Chinese Restaurant continues to serve up its signature creations and exquisite Dim Sum prepared by a team of master chefs.
