Top 3 SEA Games fanatics according to Skyscanner

With the 28th SEA Games around the corner, throngs of supporters from the region will flock to Singapore. Based on data provided by Skyscanner on flight search statistics, six countries had a more than 50% increase in the number of searches for outbound flights to Singapore. This percentage is based on a comparison of the number of searches for flights from those markets to Singapore on outbound travel dates from 1-21 June 2014, versus the same period in 2015.

They are ranked in this order:
· Philippines – 130% increase
· Laos – 80% increase
· Myanmar – 76% increase
· Cambodia – 70% increase
· Vietnam – 53% increase
· Malaysia – 51% increase

Data also shows increases – ranging from 5-46% – in searches for outbound flights to Singapore from East Timor, Brunei, Indonesia, Thailand.
