Exhibitor Numbers Double for Dubai Airport Show 2011

This is more than double the confirmations received over the same period for the previous edition.Exhibitors that have registered participation to date include Siemens Middle East, Tiger Profiles and Dubai Technology Partners, as well as ADPi from France, WaterBlasting from the US, and Nivatec from Switzerland.

Organised under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority and chairman of Dubai Airports and Emirates Group, Airport Show Dubai is dedicated to airport construction, operations, technology and services. To be held from 31 May - 2 June 2011 at Airport Expo Dubai, it is supported by leading international industry associations, local government authorities and global suppliers.
 
The upcoming edition of the event is set to offer a combination of networking and business development opportunities through a series of roundtable discussions, innovation and project seminars in addition to the hosted buyer programme.
 
Organizers claim that to date 1,161 square meters of exhibition space has already been sold,marking a four times increase in comparison with last year’s sales figures during the same period. Airport Expo Dubai 2011 will also host pavilions from countries such as China, the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Denmark, and Switzerland over a gross exhibition space of 11,000 square meters at the West and Central Halls.
 
Mohamad Bader-Eddin, show director, REED Exhibitions Middle East, said: “This year, we have already seen a significant increase in the number of exhibitors who are keen to participate in this leading industry event. With only 32 weeks left for the show, we anticipate more number of investors to register participation and confirm their presence at the much-awaited calendar event.

With these projects requiring some of the latest technologies and services, we predict the 2011 Airport Show to be highly rewarding for investors and trade visitors.”
