Health in the spotlight for Etihad Airways

Etihad Airways recently hosted the third annual Aviation Health Conference in Abu Dhabi.

The conference was held in partnership with UAE General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA).

The conference highlighted key factors such as focus on psychological issues in aircrew, industry best practice as well as innovative solutions to the physical and psychological effects of working in all areas of aviation.

Some of the keynote speakers included Dr Nadia Al Bastaki, vice president medical services, Etihad Airways and Ismail Mohammed Al Balooshi, assistant director general aviation safety affairs, GCAA.
