BANGOK Travel solution provider to Asian and Middle East travel companies, 11 infotech, will host its 2nd XML workshop 28 July at Amari Don Muang Airport, Bangkok.
Commenting on the event, 11 infotech CEO, Chartchai Pothong, said the workshop would share experiences between 11 infotech members so they can better understand how to distribute their products and view the latest version of TravFlex B2B e distribution system.
The travflex solution has been tweaked to offer air ticketing and insurance on top of it standard support for hotels, transfers and sightseeing packages.
“The workshop will encourage all members to interact with each other, which will result in better business collaboration and success,” Chartchai explained.
inside no 5The event will also see GTA, Hotelspro, MIki, Travellanda, Lowcostbed, Jac travel and Restel participating in the workshop to build commercial partnerships and relationships with 11 infotech members.
As of last Friday 80 company representatives have confirmed attendance from Australia, Brunei, Malaysia, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, India, Lebanon, Turkey, Vietnam, Taiwan and Indonesia.
“I am confident the workshop will help our members to improve distribution of their products and work more closely with our global online partner,” Chartchai said.
11 infotech has arranged an XML event at ITB Asia Singapore for the past nine years and intends to host a similar event at this year’s show in October.
“We are far ahead of others in our field and there seems to be a constant following of new comers who try to replicate our success that has taken a decade to build and refine, hence our slogan for the is workshop ‘catch me if you can’,” he explained.
