Grande launches reward scheme

BANGKOK  Grande Centre Point Hotels, has launched its first loyalty programme, GCP Rewards, to encourage guests to book rooms via its websites to gain incentives not available through other booking channels.
Membership is free when guests register online at grandecentrepointhotels.com/gcprewards.
Once enrolled, members can book accommodation at any of the three Grande Centre Point properties in Bangkok and claim benefits which include: a 5% discount on best available room rates; a best price guarantee, welcome gifts, priority check-in and check-out and faster free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.
Best price guarantee will mean the rates for members at the three hotels match or better online travel agency rates.
inside no 4For example Agoda.com quotes the lowest rates on 4 November at: THB4033 at Grande Centre Terminal 21; THB3,890 at Grande Centre Ratchadamri and THB2,940 at Grande Centre Ploenchit.
GCP Reward members would gain an additional 5% when booking online directly with the property based on the group’s price guarantee pledge.
The group hopes it will drive business directly to the three hotels through its website and reduce exposure to online travel agency commissions that can in some instances reach a staggering 20%.
In addition, GCP Rewards members will gain a 15% discount on Let’s Relax Spa in Grande Centre Point Terminal 21 and a 30% discount on treatments at Rarinjinda Spas at Grande Centre Point Ploenchit and Grande Centre Point Ratchadamri.
The loyalty programme also includes a 10% discount on any food orders from the à la carte menus at any of Grande Centre Point’s dining venues and other participating restaurants in Seefah group across Bangkok.
Grande Centre Point Hotels are positioned at upper mid-scale business and leisure travellers.
