Golden Tulip Jineng Resort investor gathering & signing ceremony

BALI, Indonesia - In an effort and a manifestation of the commitment between PT Angkasa Pura Properti and PT Wika Realty to build Tamansari Jineng Condotel at Sunset Road Kuta Bali, a signing ceremony of Hotel Management Agreement was held on 8 December with part of Louvre Hotels Group, Golden Tulip Indonesia, The agreement was signed by Mr. Miduk Sitomorang, President Director of PT. Angkasa Pura Properti and Mr. Mark Van Ogtrop, Managing Director South East Asia for Louvre Hotels Group in a series of "Investor Gathering and Signing Ceremony" event.

This Hotel Management Agreement is the first step of Tamansari Jineng Condotel to be operated by Golden Tulip as a 4-star Golden Tulip Jineng Resort Bali. Ideally situated at the southern terminus of the famous Sunset Road in Kuta, and a mere 10-minute drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport, the resort offers convenient access to all of South Bali's attractions and within close distance to some of Bali's most popular shopping centers – Bali Galeria Mall, Duty Free Shop and Lippo Plaza Sunset. The hotel is scheduled to open Q1 of 2016.

Being the twelfth property in Indonesia for Louvre Hotels, Golden Tulip Jineng Resort Bali offers versatile meeting rooms, wedding facilities, 189 well-appointed rooms and suites. The resort also features two themed restaurants, lounge, spa, yoga studios, gym, kid's club, landscaped pools completed with underwater soundsytem as well as an amphitheatre A multi function place suitable for evening cultural performances such as Balinese traditional dance, night market and themed buffets. The hotel's overall design is based on the rejuvenating, serene concepts of Balinese culture blended with Eastern philosophy, which are intricately woven into the fabric of the resort itself.

The Tamansari Jineng Condotel that will be operated under the Golden Tulip Jineng Resort brand is built to the highest specifications of quality on 1.2 acres of land. Marketed on a fully furnished basis with several different types from the Standard studio (35 m2) to the Presidential Suite (141 m2), the property is sold starting from Rp. 1.7 billion to Rp. 9 billion.

In addition to the signing of the Hotel Management Agreement, a lease signing was also held between PT. Angkasa Pura Properti and the investors, creating a great moment to increase the confidence towards the condotel units that have been purchased by the investors as well as adding an excitement to invest in the Tamansari Jineng Condotel, as the best investment on the island.
