Procedures for paying respect

BANGKOK The Bureau of The Royal House Hold has issued an announcement on the procedures for paying respects to the Late His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej at the Grand Palace.

The general public are allowed to pay respects and write messages of mourning in front of the late monarch’s image at the Sahathai Samakom Pavilion within the Grand Palace daily, 0830 to 1600.

The general public will be able to pay their respects to His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej’s royal urn at Phra Thinang Dusit Maha Prasat in the Grand Palace,  28 October from 1300 to 1600.

inside no 4From 29 October onwards, the general public will be allowed to pay their respects  0900 to 1600 daily.

Individuals, committees, members the government sector, state enterprises, the private sector and the general public will be allowed to attend the royal funeral after the 50th day of His Majesty the King’s funerary procession.
