DOHA Qatar Airways will add a third daily nonstop flight to Denpasar, Bali, 7 May increasing weekly seat capacity by 35%.
Qatar Airways introduced services to Bali in 2014 shortly afterwards increased frequency to twice daily based on the island’s popularity.
Prior to the 2014 launch, Qatar Airways served the destination via Singapore.
The airline will operate a Boeing 787 Dreamliner on the third frequency with the other two services using a Boeing 777s and the Airbus A330s.
The Dreamliner has a two-cabin configuration, comprising of 22 seats in business class and 232 economy class seats.
Qatar Airways sells its Bali service mainly to passengers from Europe, the Middle East and the United states, with connecting times to Bali reduced with one international transfer at Doha’s Hamad International Airport (HIA).
