PHUKET, THAILAND AKARYN Hotel Group’s two Aleenta Resort and Spa properties in Phuket and Hua Hin are among only seven hotels worldwide selected to host a comprehensive holistic recovery programme known as Mastermind 2.0, which includes customised treatments for people with addictions.

Founded by holistic psychotherapist Dirk Stikker and managed by a team of therapists, doctors and nutritionists, the programme is specifically designed to focus on just one individual, one couple or one family at a time, and therefore offers personalised therapies.

He founded Mastermind 2.0 in 2015 as an addictions and psychological well being programme and now represented in two resorts in Thailand, Champneys Spa resorts in UK and Marbella Beach resort in Corfu, Greece.

Two Mastermind 2.0  programmes can be booked at Aleenta resorts starting 1 June and are designed for clients seeking to improve wellbeing and to combat addictions.

Each tailor-made recovery schedule combines intensive therapy and counselling sessions with rejuvenating spa treatments and other activities, all resident at Aleenta Phuket Resort & Spa or Aleenta Hua Hin Resort & Spa.
