Dear Ms. Sokhema,
Our family just returned from a memorable 10 day vacation. We wanted to especially thank Mr. Borey for his attention and care during our stay in Siem Reap. We were traveling with our 80 year old mother, and it was her wish to visit Angor Wat. Mr. Borey was very knowledgeable, and provided insight into the historical, religious, and archeological aspects of Angor Wat. But most importantly, he took great care of Grandmom.
We knew that June would be quite hot and humid, and we were concerned that Grandma would not do well. Mr. Borey kept her as comfortable as possible, always looking for shaded areas with a place for her to sit or perch so that she could rest. He advised us ahead of time if there were stairs or inclines, then she would decide if she could make it up, or wait below.
Angor Wat was definitely the highlight of our trip. Please express our combined “THANK YOU’S” to Mr. Borey for taking great care of us, and Grandma.

We had another fabulous trip to Cambodia. The Victoria Angkor Hotel treated us exceptionally well from the moment we were picked up at the airport in their Vintage Citroen. We enjoyed our stay there for the three weeks more than ever before. It is a beautiful hotel. The functioning of the hotel has definitely improved in the last couple of years under the management of GM, Mr Raphael Guillien and we trust it will go well with Mr Hanno Stamm as GM now.

Thanks you very much for your excellent service. Our ever smilling guides and drivers, Rut and Sok (Phnom Penh) and James and Tha (Siem Reap) have exceeded our expectations. The polite Rut is very informative and patient, tried very hard to get halal food for us (We were well - fed!) Intellectual James who is very friendly and humble, got us to choose our own menu when he could not find any halal food. Also our two skilful driver, Sok and Tha never fail to drive us around beautiful Cambodia safety and waited for us poticutly. They made us feel as if we were travelling with friends.
No wonder the name " Mittapheap" Travel and Tours!
Our beautiful experience in this smilling and clean country, honestly made us consider planning future trips here.

We pretty much had our own private tour, it was nice.
The guide and driver were friendly and very patient. The guide was also very flexible, polite and provided historical background for each site. Knowledge of English language skills are excellent!
We had an excellent time visiting the Angkor site and the guide was very accommodating and hepful in taking us to shooping , various restaurant, places we wanted to see.
I would recommend his services and the tour company again.

Happy New Year. As promised I have done a short write up of our holiday in Cambodia in November 2008.
We arrived in Siem Reap on 5th November and our guide Mr Sovan plus driver were there to meet us. The hotel Sofitel Angkor Phokeetra was excellent and we enjoyed the wonderful pool there.
We loved the four days around the temples and sites around Angkor. In the evenings we tended to get a taxi into Siem Reap and eat and relax around pub street where we enjoyed great food at good prices. Mr Sovan and driver were both excellent and always punctual, importantly we thought the driving standards were first class.
We then went on to Battambang by boat (that was our idea) but wish the new high speed, high quality service had been running then! Battambang was a bit of a disappointment but the hotel there, La Villa was fine, although it was rather dated but we enjoyed our day there.
Our guide Mr Rith was excellent and again the drivers were both first class, all were punctual and very pleasant. The hotel in Phnom Penh, the Inter Continental was excellent and the staff there were very helpful. Thank you for arranging the visit to the boat race for us, that was memorable and we really enjoyed it.
From there we went to the coast and had eight great days in Sihanoukville at the Independence hotel. The hotel was very comfortable, the major downside was the climb up from the wonderful beach back up to the hotel, but it at least got us to shed some much needed weight. The hotel rooms were good, our only complaint was the hotel seemed to lack any ambience when eating there. As a result we tended to eat out locally where we enjoyed some excellent local food. The beach at the Independence hotel is memorable, one of the very best we have stayed at around the world.
Finally, thank you for your excellent organisation of our visit which went without a hitch. We would recommend you and Mittapheap to anyone.

We have returned to India after the wonderful tour in Cambodia.
Everything was arranged in an excellent manner and the tour guides Mr.Prom in Siem Reap and Mr.Rith in Phnom Phen were very knowledgable and had very good information on all the sites.
The temples at Angkor were truly magnificient and Ou Dong (the former capital) offered some great views from the of the mountain.
We found Angkor Wat,Bayon and Tonle Sap Lake particularly interesting.

great stay in Siem Reap. We really enjoyed the temples again. We are

transfer to Siem Reap airport. As we hadn't been in contact with you
since Phnom Pehn, we had organised our tuk-tuk driver whom had driven
us around for the ten days to drive us there and didn't like to
change our plans for him. We thank you for the kindness of the
transfers and it was greatly appreciated in Phnom Pehn.
We like Cambodia so much that we are already planning to return
hopefully as early as June 2007. We will certainly look at
Mittaheap's website and hopefully there will be some more great hotel
deals then like this summer.

My partner and I have returned to New Zealand after spending 3 weeks in South East Asia. We truly enjoyed our 6 days spent in Cambodia. We saw many interesting things and met with many wonderful people in your country. I am truly amazed by the temples and will never forget the smiles of the children in Cambodia. Our tour guides and drivers at Phnom Penh and Siem Reap were wonderful people and we are thankful for their help & hospitality in welcoming us to their country. The only thing we weren't so pleased about was the selection of food in the tour package and we hope that we get to try more authentic Khmer cuisines if we have the chance to go back there in future.

Just wanted to let you know that we were very happy with the arrangements that you made for us for our tour of Angkor Wat. Things went very well without a problem, except when there seemed to be a misunderstanding about the payment for the Tonel Sap lake tour which we hope is settled. We appreciated the flexibility of the program and the guides and we would like to commend our guides Narean and Panny and our driver Mr. Ron. Panny, specially, is a very good guide -- knowledgeable, responsible, friendly, nice and honest. We appreciated the fact that he would say he did not know the answer to our question and that he did not invent answers just to be able to say something. The pacing/timing of the tours was also excellent -- not too long or too short, tours only during the time of the day when the heat was bearable, and with time for us to rest in between tours. I will definitely recommend your company to my friends.
Also, we were glad we chose to stay at Angkor Village. The staff are very nice and policies are flexible (we did not take our lunch on one of the days that we had a voucher and the hotel allowed us to use that voucher on our the day we left). And the food was excellent! We love amok fish!

I am just writing to let you know how much we enjoyed the tour with your
company.
We were met at the airport door. Your Guides & Drives were very professional. The Guides both spoke perfect English and were very knowledgeable. The Drives were very patience & safe on the roads.
Our accommodations were very good. We had comfortable rooms & felt very safe. The food was also very good. The Guides accommodated our eating requirements by allowing us to order ourselves.
The itinerary was perfect. We were able to see all of the interesting sights and we never felt that our time was limited or rushed.
Cambodia is a very beautiful country. The Cambodia people were very friendly. Phnom Penh had many beautiful buildings and Angkor Wat was amazing.
We are anxiously awaiting the development of our film!
I would highly recommend a trip to Cambodia and a tour with your company!
