BANGKOK Thailand’s Minister of Transport has confirmed South Korea’s agreement to allow Thai AirAsia X to add flights between Bangkok and Seoul, starting this October.
Thailand’s National News Bureau reported details ,Monday, following meetings with South Korea’s ambassador.
inside no 9Transport Minister, ACM Prajin Juntong, confirmed South Korea would allow Thai AirAsia X, to operate more flights between Don Mueang International Airport in Bangkok and Incheon International Airport in Seoul.
“It is a show of confidence in the Thai Department of Civil Aviation’s ability to address the pending safety issues,” he said.
As a result, the airline will adjust flight frequency on the Bangkok-Seoul route from daily to twice daily effective 25 October.
