Jet Airways’ offers ‘Best Price Promise’, on jetairways.com, mobile site and mobile app

In continuing with the commitment to offer exceptional value to its guests, Jet Airways, India's premier international airline, has launched an initiative offering guests the best fares on three booking platforms – jetairways.com, mobile site and on the Jet Airways app.

As part of the ‘Best Price Promise’ initiative, Jet Airways will ensure that the best fare for Jet Airways flights is available on its website, when compared with other online travel portals, for the same itinerary. It is only valid only on the India country site of jetairways.com, mobile site and mobile App for domestic and international flights where the first segment of the flight originates from India.

The Best Price Promise assurance is applicable only for flight bookings with Jet Airways purchased on or through the India country site of jetairways.com, Mobile site or Mobile App.

The Best Price Promise feature is applicable to flights operated exclusively by Jet Airways and not on codeshare / Interline flights. The same is valid only for one way and return flight journeys, and is not available on multi-city bookings.

Should the third party fare show a difference of more than INR 250 on one way, and INR 500 on return for domestic flights, or a difference of INR 500 on one way, and INR 1000 on return for international flights inclusive of taxes and surcharges, then the airline will refund the difference between the Jet Airways Purchased Fare and the Third Party Fare, subject to conditions.
