Vietjet to launch Ho Chi Minh City - Kuala Lumpur route

SINGAPORE - Vietjet Aviation Joint Stock Company (“Vietjet”) has announced the launch of its new international route connecting Ho Chi Minh City and Kuala Lumpur.

The new route will commence operations on 1 June 2016 and will depart from Tan Son Nhat International Airport, Ho Chi Minh City at 9.30am (local time) and arrive at Kuala Lumpur at 12.25pm (local time). The return flight will take off from Kuala Lumpur at 1.00pm (local time) and arrive at Ho Chi Minh City at 1.55pm (location). The flight duration for each sector is approximately 1 hour and 55 minutes.

By launching this new route, Vietjet hopes to expand business and travel trade between the two destinations by offering more travel opportunities at the best possible prices.

Vietjet currently operates 47 domestic and international routes. It offers twice daily flights from Singapore to Ho Chi Minh City where travelers can easily connect to other cities within Vietnam via the airline’s extensive network of domestic flights. In addition, other international routes include Bangkok, Siem Reap, Taipei, Yangon and Seoul.
