BANGKOK Thai Smile has put on hold its planned introduction of a daily service to Cebu in the Philippines.
According to the airline’s latest flight updates, the airline was scheduled to start the service 1 May.
Details showed the service had a TG flight four digit designator, TG 2626, on the Bangkok-Cebu run, which indicated the service would have been a codeshare with parent airline Thai Airways International.
The flight would have used a Thai Smile A320 aircraft, while flying under THAI’s traffic rights as the designated airline serving the Philippines.
It was supposed to offer a departure from Bangkok at 0720 on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday and at 1340 on the remaining days of the week.
